Cherry Tomato and Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

  • 220 g pasta
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 small glass white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Chop the garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes in half

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the chopped garlic. Cook over low heat until the garlic is golden

  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally

  4. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate slightly. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, and heavy cream. Cook gently for about 5 minutes to thicken

  5. Add the freshly drained pasta, mix well, and serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and freshly ground black pepper
