Cherry Tomato and Garlic Pasta
Ingredients
- 220 g pasta
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 small glass white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Chop the garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes in half
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the chopped garlic. Cook over low heat until the garlic is golden
Add the cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate slightly. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, and heavy cream. Cook gently for about 5 minutes to thicken
Add the freshly drained pasta, mix well, and serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and freshly ground black pepper
