Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • Blend 1 cup blueberries/strawberries/blackberries in 1 cup raw coconut water. Soak chia seeds in berries/coconut mixture plus 1 tsp Maqui powder for 30 min - 2 hours (the longer you let it soak the thicker the pudding). For a sweeter kick add coconut nectar
  • raw blue agave syrup or whole date syrup. Garnish with sliced figs
  • strawberries and whole blueberries
