Chickpea Bread Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup @bobsredmill garbanzo bean
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup water- plain sparkling works even better if you have it!
  • optional add-ins
  • (I recommend at least 1-2 for flavor)
  • • splash of veggie or bone broth
  • • sea salt
  • • oregano, basil, rosemary
  • • turmeric
  • • garlic powder
  • • nutritional yeast
  • • collagen

Preparation

  1. Add flours to a large bowl, mix in water and stir well

  2. Add any add-ins, pour into an oiled bread pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
