Choc Topped Chilled Oats

Ingredients

  • 80g oats
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 200ml water
  • 200g 0% greek yoghurt
  • 7g truvia sweetener
  • 25g dark chocolate chips
  • 20ml milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, water and almond milk in a bowl

  2. Microwave for 3

  3. Mins, stir for 30s, microwave for another 3

  4. Mins, let cool for 5 minutes, add the truvia and grek yoghurt

  5. Transfer into a clean bowl, melt the chocolate and milk in a cup and pour over the top and spread until covered

  6. Stick it in the fridge overnight and the chocolate will harden up

  7. Top and smash!??
