Chocolate Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients

  • Mini Protein Chocolate Banana Muffin Recipe
  • •In a bowl, combine 40g cocoa powder, 50g smart whey, 150g oat flour (blended oats), 35g milk chocolate chips, 25g white chocolate chips and 0.5tsp of baking powder
  • •In another bowl, mash up 2 ripe bananas (~190g here) and add 150ml water and 40g egg whites

Preparation

  1. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well before spooning in to a greased muffin tray. Probably a good idea to avoid the cupcake cases... they got stuck

  2. I cut up another 35g banana to put on top of each of the muffins as well

  3. Cook at 170C for ~20minutes
