Chocolate Tahini Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 tsp maple
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt (optional) ❄️

Preparation

  1. Added everything except chocolate chips and tahini into a sauce pan and cook until thickened

  2. Remove from heat and fold in tahini

  3. Then fold in chocolate chips 3 times to allow chocolate chips to melt and swirl into oats

  4. Top with roasted plantains, extra chocolate chips, blueberries, granola and almonds

  5. Ughhhh It was so good! I also made some avocado toast to go with it

  6. It was quite the feast this morning
