Chocolate Tahini Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 mashed ripe banana
- 1 tsp maple
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- pinch of salt (optional) ❄️
Preparation
Added everything except chocolate chips and tahini into a sauce pan and cook until thickened
Remove from heat and fold in tahini
Then fold in chocolate chips 3 times to allow chocolate chips to melt and swirl into oats
Top with roasted plantains, extra chocolate chips, blueberries, granola and almonds
Ughhhh It was so good! I also made some avocado toast to go with it
It was quite the feast this morning
