Chocolate/raspberry Whole Wheat Banana Bread Squares
Ingredients
- 13/4 whole wheat flour (or all purpose flour)
- 21/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 stevia packets (optional)
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup raspberries
- chopped vegan chocolate pieces
Preparation
In a bowl whisk all the dry ingredients really well
In a blender add the banana, non dairy milk, applesauce, agave, vanilla and stevia, blend until smooth
Add to the bowl
Mix until well combined
Transfer batter to a square cake pan
Bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 375f (190c)
Cut into squares
