Chocolate Raspberry Whole Wheat Banana Bread Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 whole wheat flour (or all purpose flour)
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 stevia packets (optional)
  • 1/2 cup non dairy milk
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 Tbsp agave nectar
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Chopped vegan chocolate pieces

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

  2. In a bowl whisk all the dry ingredients really well

  3. In a blender add the banana, non dairy milk, applesauce, agave, vanilla and stevia, blend until smooth

  4. Add to the bowl and mix until well combined

  5. Transfer batter to a square cake pan

  6. Bake for about 25 minutes

  7. Cut into squares
