- Layer 1 2 C shredded coconut 2 Tbsp coconut oil 1 Tbsp coconut milk 1 tsp coconut nectar Layer 2 The same but with an additional 2 tsp beetroot powder
Preparation
Blend until slightly sticky
If you don't have a high quality blender, you may need to add more oil or sweet syrup e
G rice malt syrup, coconut nectar etc
