Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup small coconut shreds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 f , line baking sheet with baking paper

  2. In food processor mix all ingredients together until have thick & sticky mixture

  3. Using small or medium cookies scoop , scoop firmly packed balls of coconut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, bake for 12-16 minutes until golden around edges

  4. Leave macaroons cool completely then enjoy
