Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup small coconut shreds
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 f , line baking sheet with baking paper
In food processor mix all ingredients together until have thick & sticky mixture
Using small or medium cookies scoop , scoop firmly packed balls of coconut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, bake for 12-16 minutes until golden around edges
Leave macaroons cool completely then enjoy
