Cosy Pear and Tahini Porridge Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp ground ginger and cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 heaped teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 cup water
- splash of nut milk
Toppings
- toasted walnuts or sunflower seeds
- pear
- Greek yoghurt
- blackberry jam
- drizzly tahini
Preparation
Cook the ingredients on medium heat with 1 cup of water and a splash of nut milk until nice and thick.
Top with toasted walnuts or sunflower seeds, pear, Greek yoghurt, blackberry jam, and drizzly tahini.
