Cosy Pear and Tahini Porridge Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground ginger and cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 heaped teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • splash of nut milk

Toppings

  • toasted walnuts or sunflower seeds
  • pear
  • Greek yoghurt
  • blackberry jam
  • drizzly tahini

Preparation

  1. Cook the ingredients on medium heat with 1 cup of water and a splash of nut milk until nice and thick.

  2. Top with toasted walnuts or sunflower seeds, pear, Greek yoghurt, blackberry jam, and drizzly tahini.
