Ingredients

  • 1-2 generous handfuls of Brussels sprouts
  • halved and roasted
  • 2 courgettes. For the sauce: 1/2 large sweet potato (roasted until soft) 1 tbsp of tahini
  • 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1 large roasted garlic clove
  • sea salt and pepper
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • roughly 1 cup of almond milk ? Blend everything until think and creamy ✨ THEN
  • Roast up a generous handful of Brussels sprouts for 20 minutes and spirilize your TWO courgettes. Throw both your greens into a pan for a couple of minutes and stir in your cheesy sauce. Don’t overcook the spaghetti so it goes soggy
  • you want it soft but still firm ?✨ FAT in the tahini for your blood sugar and healthy hormones
