Crispy Tangy Apple Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 cup red cabbage shredded
- 1 cup white cabbage shredded
- 1 cup apple grated
- 1 cup carrot grated
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley finely chopped
Preparation
Grate the apple, carrot, and shred the cabbage.
Finely chop the parsley.
Combine all the shredded and chopped ingredients in a bowl.
Add the creamy cider vinegar dressing and mix well.
Toast the pumpkin seeds and sprinkle them on top before serving.
