Crispy Treats
Ingredients
- 1/2c vegan butter
- 1 bag of vegan gf marshmallows
- 1/2c crunchy peanut butter
- 1tsp vanilla
- 4cups puffed rice
Preparation
In a large pot melt butter
Add marshmallows
Once melted, add vanilla, Pb and still to combine
Add in puffed rice and mix thoroughly
Grease and or parchment a 8
Baking dish and firmly press crispies mix in
Place in fridge
Chop a bar of chocolate and melt with 1tsp of coconut oil
Spread choco on top of crispies and sprinkle with Maldon sea salt
Wait till they are set and then heat a sharp knife to slice
