Crispy Treats

Ingredients

  • 1/2c vegan butter
  • 1 bag of vegan gf marshmallows
  • 1/2c crunchy peanut butter
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 4cups puffed rice

Preparation

  1. In a large pot melt butter

  2. Add marshmallows

  3. Once melted, add vanilla, Pb and still to combine

  4. Add in puffed rice and mix thoroughly

  5. Grease and or parchment a 8

  6. Baking dish and firmly press crispies mix in

  7. Place in fridge

  8. Chop a bar of chocolate and melt with 1tsp of coconut oil

  9. Spread choco on top of crispies and sprinkle with Maldon sea salt

  10. Wait till they are set and then heat a sharp knife to slice
