Dark Chocolate Cherry & Chia Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cup-60% cocoa chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • sprinkle of salt

Preparation

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips for 2 minutes, stir with spatula & return to microwave for 30 seconds until chocolate is melted

  3. Pour chocolate evenly into baking sheet

  4. Top evenly with chia seeds, walnuts, cherries, pumpkin seeds, & salt , allow to cool completely then break into 20 even pieces & enjoy
