- 110 grams 0% yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
- 4 grams sf pistachio pudding mix (thickens it like frosting)
- 1/2 TB swerve confectioners powder sugar (healthier & I do not track it)
- 4 grams sf pistachio pudding mix (thickens it like frosting)
- A few drops of liquid stevia or sweetener of choice
Preparation
Stir that & refrigerate for an hour or freeze for 15-20 min!
Topped with 3 Golden Oreo
