Dinner Bowl Loaded with Crispy
Ingredients
- -wedges, falafel, hummus, 1/2 avocado and some tomatoes. Wedges recipe for 2-3 servings
- 6-8 small sized potatoes
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200C
Wash and dry the potatoes (don't peel them!) 3.Cut the potatoes into wedges and place into a bowl
Add the corn starch to the bowl, mixed it well. Then the oil and finally the spices
Tip the potatoes onto a baking tray
Transfer the potatoes to the oven and bake for about 25-30 Minutes until golden-brown
