Dinner Bowl Loaded with Crispy

Ingredients

  • -wedges, falafel, hummus, 1/2 avocado and some tomatoes. Wedges recipe for 2-3 servings
  • 6-8 small sized potatoes
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C

  2. Wash and dry the potatoes (don't peel them!) 3.Cut the potatoes into wedges and place into a bowl

  3. Add the corn starch to the bowl, mixed it well. Then the oil and finally the spices

  4. Tip the potatoes onto a baking tray

  5. Transfer the potatoes to the oven and bake for about 25-30 Minutes until golden-brown
