Easy 4-Ingredient No Bake Biscoff Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 packets of Biscoff cream sandwich biscuits
- 6 heaped tbsp unicorn superfoods caramel slice plant protein powder
- 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 cup vegan white chocolate
Preparation
Add the biscuits to a blender (don’t remove the cream) and blend until they form a slight paste.
Scoop the paste into a bowl and add the caramel slice plant protein powder. Stir until well combined.
Add the Biscoff spread and mix again.
Roll the mixture into 8 balls and place them on a plate or baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place the plate in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 35 seconds. Stir and then microwave again for a further 35 seconds or until completely melted.
Remove the protein balls from the freezer. One at a time, add them to the bowl of white chocolate so that they coat evenly. Place them back on the plate and space them out. Repeat until all the balls are fully covered.
Place the balls back in the freezer for a further 15 minutes.
If you have any chocolate leftover, drizzle the rest over each of the protein balls and sprinkle some biscuit crumbs on top.
