Easy Baked Gluten-Free Tofu Nuggets
Ingredients
- 2 blocks of tofu
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt
Preparation
Take the tofu, remove excess water, and slice it.
In a bowl, pour cornstarch; in a second bowl, pour plant-based milk and lemon juice; in a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs with salt, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
Dip the tofu slices first in cornstarch, then in the milk mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated tofu on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dip.
