Easy Mixed Greens and Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- Baby mixed greens, to taste
- Cucumbers, to taste
- Tomatoes, to taste
- Sweet onion, to taste
- Hot Thai chili, to taste
- 1 lime, juiced
- Tamari, to taste
- Nutritional yeast, to taste
- Optional: mango, peaches, pineapple, papaya, corn, or avocado
Preparation
Toss all ingredients together to combine.
Eat as much as you want until you’re full.
