Easy Mixed Greens and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • Baby mixed greens, to taste
  • Cucumbers, to taste
  • Tomatoes, to taste
  • Sweet onion, to taste
  • Hot Thai chili, to taste
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Tamari, to taste
  • Nutritional yeast, to taste
  • Optional: mango, peaches, pineapple, papaya, corn, or avocado

Preparation

  1. Toss all ingredients together to combine.

  2. Eat as much as you want until you’re full.
