Easy Oatmeal Cookies with Flavor Variations
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 flax egg
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp of raw almond butter
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Add-ins
- chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp of maple extract
- cranberries
- pinch of allspice
- raisins
- cinnamon
- chai spice mix
Preparation
Split the cookie base and add chopped walnuts, 1/2 tsp of maple extract, cranberries, and a pinch of allspice to one portion, and raisins, cinnamon, and chai spice mix to the other portion.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes.
The cookies will be chewy and delicious.
