Easy Raw Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cashews, soaked in water for at least 15 minutes
  • juice of 1 lemon or more
  • 1/2 tsp of himalayan salt or celtic salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp of onion powder
  • few springs of fresh mint
  • some fresh chives or onion
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • filtered water, as needed
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender - add water as needed to reach desired consistency.

  2. Enjoy with fresh veggies!
