Easy Raw Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cashews, soaked in water for at least 15 minutes
- juice of 1 lemon or more
- 1/2 tsp of himalayan salt or celtic salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp of onion powder
- few springs of fresh mint
- some fresh chives or onion
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- filtered water, as needed
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender - add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Enjoy with fresh veggies!
