4 Ingredient Super Easy Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups raw cashew nuts
- 1.5 cups dates
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
Preparation
Whizz in a food processor until finely ground.
Press firmly into ball shapes or bars.
Tips
These are great before or during a long run and hold their shape well.
My 3 year old thinks these are chocolate bars!
