4 Ingredient Super Easy Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups raw cashew nuts
  • 1.5 cups dates
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Whizz in a food processor until finely ground.

  2. Press firmly into ball shapes or bars.

Tips

  1. These are great before or during a long run and hold their shape well.

  2. My 3 year old thinks these are chocolate bars!
