Flattened Brown Rice/ Poha

Ingredients

  • pan
  • oil
  • green chilies
  • mustard seems
  • ginger
  • Curry Leaf
  • peanuts
  • sauté
  • turmeric
  • sauté

Preparation

  1. To a pan add oil and after oil warms up, add mustard seems, green chilies, ginger, Curry Leaf , peanuts and sauté

  2. Add turmeric and sauté

  3. Add soaked flattened rice and mix. Cover the lid minutes let it cook on a low flames for 2-3 minutes
