Fluffy Homemade Cinnamon Waffles with Add-ins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. agave
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp. cassava flour
  • 1 tsp. @simplyorganicfoods ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tsp. ground chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Whisk together the egg and milk.

  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Top with melty PB, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and extra cinnamon.
