FODMAP-Friendly Vegan Tomato Rice Balls
Ingredients
- 80g rice
- double the amount of natural homemade tomato sauce (no onion or garlic)
- 5 tablespoons shredded flax seeds
- basil
- oregano
- thyme
Preparation
Cook 80g rice in double the amount of natural homemade tomato sauce for 30 minutes.
Mix with 5 tablespoons shredded flax seeds and herbs (basil, oregano, thyme).
Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Form balls slightly larger than golf balls.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
