FODMAP-Friendly Vegan Tomato Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 80g rice
  • double the amount of natural homemade tomato sauce (no onion or garlic)
  • 5 tablespoons shredded flax seeds
  • basil
  • oregano
  • thyme

Preparation

  1. Cook 80g rice in double the amount of natural homemade tomato sauce for 30 minutes.

  2. Mix with 5 tablespoons shredded flax seeds and herbs (basil, oregano, thyme).

  3. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

  4. Form balls slightly larger than golf balls.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
