Frozen Chocolate Banana Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (I used 85% chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Cacao nibs or peanut butter to top

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a bowl over some boiling water.

  2. Line a tray with parchment paper and slice the bananas.

  3. Drop the slices into the melted chocolate, turning over to coat both sides. Remove and place on the parchment paper.

  4. Leave plain, top with crushed cacao nibs, or add a blob of peanut butter, then freeze for at least 2 hours.
