Ingredients

  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 tbsp of wheat grass
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 handful of baby carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 of a lemon
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of maca powder
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup of water
