Ingredients
- 1/3 cup whole oats
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 pear grated
- dash of cinnamon
- toppings
- almond butter
- Bee pollen
- • Frozen organic blueberries gently warmed (so you get the blue berry juices for the galactic affect & flavour)
- A light drizzle of Crump honey
Preparation
For porridge
Add all ingredients (less the toppings) to a small saucepan with a pinch of salt, bring to boil & then simmer on low for 10mins.. add a dash of water is needed throughout
Serve warm with toppings
For overnight oats
Place all ingredients (less the toppings) in a bowl & mix well
Transfer to jar & top with toppings
Store in the fridge overnight to grab in the morning
