Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole oats
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 pear grated
  • dash of cinnamon
  • toppings
  • almond butter
  • Bee pollen
  • • Frozen organic blueberries gently warmed (so you get the blue berry juices for the galactic affect & flavour)

Preparation

  1. For porridge

  2. Add all ingredients (less the toppings) to a small saucepan with a pinch of salt, bring to boil & then simmer on low for 10mins.. add a dash of water is needed throughout

  5. Place all ingredients (less the toppings) in a bowl & mix well
