Golden Milk Tea with Turmeric Paste

Ingredients

Turmeric paste

  • 1/4 cup turmeric powder (organic, non-irradiated)
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Golden milk

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric paste
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • maple syrup or date syrup to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat 1/4 cup of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper, and 1/2 cup of filtered water while mixing until it becomes a paste, then store in the fridge for future use.

  2. Combine 1/4 tsp of the turmeric paste, 1 cup of non-dairy milk, 1 tsp of coconut oil, and maple syrup or date syrup to taste.

  3. Heat the mixture without boiling and enjoy.

  4. This golden milk tea may relieve symptoms such as muscle aches, joint pain, arthritis, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, intestinal gas, jaundice, liver problems, flu, weak immune system, and depression.
