Easy Golden Milk with Turmeric Paste
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup turmeric powder (organic, non-irradiated)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- maple syrup or date syrup to taste
Preparation
Heat 1/4 cup turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1/2 cup filtered water while mixing until it becomes a paste.
Store the paste in the refrigerator for future use.
Combine 1/4 teaspoon of the turmeric paste with 1 cup non-dairy milk, 1 teaspoon coconut oil, and maple syrup or date syrup to taste.
Heat the golden milk mixture without boiling and enjoy.
