Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • greek yogurt /hung curd - 1cup
  • cumin - roasted and coursely crushed - 1/2 tbsp
  • chilli flakes -1/2tbsp
  • honey - 1/2 tbsp
  • minced garlic - 1/2tbsp
  • olive oil - 1/2tbsp
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together in a small serving bowl

  2. You can mix them by hand

  3. There’s no need for any special equipment

  4. Allow the dip to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving

  5. This will enable the flavors to meld

  6. Eat simple healthy and delicious
