Green Asparagus Ruccola Pizza
Ingredients
- 180 g spelt flour
- 1/2 cup water (about 70 g)
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 pinches of salt
- top it with: green asparagus, ruccola, tomatoe sauce, oregano, salt, pepper
Preparation
First mix the spelt flour in a bowl with baking powder and salt
Add the oil and the water
Be careful with the water, you don´t want a wet dough
It should be very dry
Pollinate your surface with flour and knead the dough for 2 minutes
Roll it out (with your hands or with a rolling pin
Dizzle some good olive oil on the dough
Wash your hands and preheat the oven (210 c / 410 f)
Bake the pizza for about 17 minutes
Add the other half of the fresh ruccola on top
