Green Asparagus Ruccola Pizza

Ingredients

  • 180 g spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup water (about 70 g)
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • top it with: green asparagus, ruccola, tomatoe sauce, oregano, salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. First mix the spelt flour in a bowl with baking powder and salt

  2. Add the oil and the water

  3. Be careful with the water, you don´t want a wet dough

  4. It should be very dry

  5. Pollinate your surface with flour and knead the dough for 2 minutes

  6. Roll it out (with your hands or with a rolling pin

  7. Dizzle some good olive oil on the dough

  8. Wash your hands and preheat the oven (210 c / 410 f)

  9. Bake the pizza for about 17 minutes

  10. Add the other half of the fresh ruccola on top
