Gut Health Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 2 tbsp of soaked Chia seeds
- 1/2 thumb sized chunk of Ginger
- A small handful of frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 -1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- Coconut water or nut milk or water (to cover)
Preparation
Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping if necessary
Add all ingredients to a blender
Cover with coconut water, nut milk, or water as specified
Blend until smooth and creamy
