Gut Health Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tbsp of soaked Chia seeds
  • 1/2 thumb sized chunk of Ginger
  • A small handful of frozen Pineapple
  • 1/2 -1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • Coconut water or nut milk or water (to cover)

Preparation

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping if necessary

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender

  3. Cover with coconut water, nut milk, or water as specified

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy
