Healthy Cinnamon Roll Recipe
Ingredients
- 70g self raising flour (i use gluten free)
- 70g any yoghurt (i use vanilla soya)
- 1 tsp any butter/ coconut oil (i use margarine)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp any sugar/ sweetener/ maple syrup (i use coconut sugar)
- optional - maple butter for frosting
Preparation
Get a large mug and mix the flour and yoghurt together to form a dough
Put the dough onto a floured surface and roll into a flat sausage shape
Spread over the margarine, sugar and cinnamon
Roll up with your fingertips and pop into an ovenproof dish
Cook on 180c/ 350f/ gas mark 4 for 15 minutes
Top with maple butter or yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon
