Ingredients

  • 1. Sauté two diced #onions with three cloves of #crushedgarlic in some #canolaoil for five minutes
  • 2. Add two sliced carrots, two sliced stalks of celery and a dozen #jerusalemartichokes cut into chunks
  • 3. Add a teaspoon of #tumericpowder, a teaspoon of #cumin and a teaspoon of #durbancurry and five tomatoes cut into chunks and stir for five minutes
  • 4. Add a couple handfuls of #almonds, and two cans of #chickpeas
  • 5. Add 4-5 cups of water and a cube of #veggiestock and give it a good stir
  • 6. Cook on #highpressure for 12 minutes
  • 7. Release steam and stir in a few cups of finely chopped #swisschard
  • 8. Serve with cracked pepper
