Here’s the Recipe
Ingredients
- •2 qts filtered water
- •1 large lemon squeezed
- •2 TBS unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- •1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher and leave in the fridge to drink throughout the week
Give a little swirl before you pour it so the cayenne mixes up
Drink a glass a couple times a day
