Here’s the Recipe

Ingredients

  • •2 qts filtered water
  • •1 large lemon squeezed
  • •2 TBS unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • •1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher and leave in the fridge to drink throughout the week

  2. Give a little swirl before you pour it so the cayenne mixes up

  3. Drink a glass a couple times a day
