Korean Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp snipped nori
- 1/3 cup chopped carrot
- 1 cup liquid egg replacer (the kind that tastes and looks like egg)
- a generous pinch of each salt & pepper
- 1 slice of vegan cheese
Preparation
Mix the nori, carrot, egg replacer, salt & pepper in a bowl
Grease a rectangular pan and add part of the vegan egg mixture
Add 1/4 slice of vegan cheese, then fold as shown in the video and repeat
Slice the omelet and serve in a bowl with brown rice and veggies
