How to steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced brown onion until caramelized.

  2. Add tender lambless pieces to the pan.

  3. Add boiled diced Marabel potato to the pan.

  4. Add a Knorr vegetable stock pot, korma powder, garam masala, onion salt, and minced garlic to the pan.

  5. Add water and bring to a boil.

  6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  7. Slice a couple of radishes for crunch and garnish.

  8. Serve with basmati rice.
