- Brown onion

How to steps
Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced brown onion until caramelized.
Add tender lambless pieces to the pan.
Add boiled diced Marabel potato to the pan.
Add a Knorr vegetable stock pot, korma powder, garam masala, onion salt, and minced garlic to the pan.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Slice a couple of radishes for crunch and garnish.
Serve with basmati rice.
