Lambless Shawarma Kebab with Folded Flatbread and Salad

Ingredients

  • Folded flatbread
  • Tender lambless pieces (mock meat)
  • Shawarma spice mix
  • Sea salt
  • Spray oil
  • Chilli and garlic sauce
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chives
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and spray it with oil.

  2. Add the lambless pieces to the wok and sprinkle with shawarma spice mix and sea salt.

  3. Fry the lambless pieces until they are cooked through and lightly browned.

  4. Lightly toast the folded flatbread.

  5. Spread the chilli and garlic sauce on the flatbread.

  6. Add the cooked lambless pieces on top of the sauce.

  7. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and chives.

  8. Serve with salad on the side.
