Lentil Meatballs with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of lentils (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup of roasted peppers
  • 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • Dash of Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of Tamari sauce
  • 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Blend ingredients in food processor

  3. Roll out mixture into round meatballs and place on baking sheet

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip to other side halfway to cook evenly

  5. Enjoy
