Lentil “Meatballs” Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup of lentils (cooked)
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of roasted peppers
- 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Blend ingredients in food processor
Roll out mixture into round meatballs and place on baking sheet
Bake for 15-20 minutes (flip to other side half way to cook evenly)
