  • whole milk cream
  • pickled onions
  • fresh salsa and avocado

  1. Omit the beans for level 2 and omit beans and cream for level 3) For the onions, thinly slice a purple one, add the juice of three lemons, salt and pepper and let it marinate overnight, or at least 3-4 hours
