Luxurious Chunky Monkey Overnight Oat Post Dinner Treat
Ingredients
- 1 heaped cup of oats (I use gluten free oats or quinoa flakes)
- 1 heaped cup of nut milk ()
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 1 mashed banana & cinnamon to taste
Preparation
Dry roast walnuts in a pan on medium heat, chop up some vegan dark chocolate, fry sliced banana in coconut oil & maple syrup & sprinkle over some more cinnamon
