Luxurious Chunky Monkey Overnight Oat Post Dinner Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped cup of oats (gluten free or quinoa flakes)
  • 1 heaped cup of nut milk
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 mashed banana
  • cinnamon to taste
  • walnuts
  • vegan dark chocolate
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. The night before: Mix together 1 heaped cup of oats, 1 heaped cup of nut milk, 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp flaxseeds, 4 tsp maple syrup, 1 mashed banana, and cinnamon to taste.

Morning routine

  1. Dry roast walnuts in a pan on medium heat.

  2. Chop up some vegan dark chocolate.

  3. Fry sliced banana in coconut oil and maple syrup.

  4. Sprinkle over some more cinnamon.
