Luxurious Chunky Monkey Overnight Oat Post Dinner Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped cup of oats (I use gluten free oats or quinoa flakes)
  • 1 heaped cup of nut milk ()
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 mashed banana & cinnamon to taste

Preparation

  1. Dry roast walnuts in a pan on medium heat, chop up some vegan dark chocolate, fry sliced banana in coconut oil & maple syrup & sprinkle over some more cinnamon
