Marinated Tempeh with Asian Flavors

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • tempeh
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp miso paste
  • garlic powder
  • ginger powder
  • water
  • agave syrup
  • pepper
  • juice 1/2 lime

Preparation

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Marinate the tempeh in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Cook the tempeh in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

  4. Serve with cooked rice and chopped spring onions or other vegetables.
