Marinated Zucchini Puff Pastry Tart
Ingredients
- 2 small zucchinis (one green, one yellow)
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- 1 thick puff pastry
- 1 Boursin Végétal Garlic and Herbs
Dorure mixture
- a bit of soy cream
- turmeric
- maple syrup
Preparation
Marinate the zucchini slices with lime zest and juice.
Roll out the puff pastry if necessary.
Spread the Boursin cheese over the pastry.
Arrange the marinated zucchini on top.
Prepare the dorure mixture and brush it over the tart.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes with fan heat.
