Matcha Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)⁣⁣
  • 8 tbs almond meal ⁣⁣
  • 4 tbs maple syrup⁣⁣
  • 2 tbs coconut oil⁣⁣
  • 2 tbs matcha green tea

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend⁣⁣

  2. Roll into balls and you’re ready to enjoy your matcha green tea energy bites!⁣⁣

  3. Sprinkle more coconut on top or some matcha! leaving it totally up to you, best kept refrigerated
