green chillies and grind them all in the grinder. In a cooker
add little oil ( used musturd oil here) and cook this paste till oil separates . Add salt
turmeric powder
corriander powder
red chilli powder
amchoor and little garam masala as per your taste. Add chopped fresh methi leaves and saute it for 2- 4 min. Then add some water depending upon the kind of consistency you want for your curry
paneer cubes
diced potatoes
and fresh green chickpeas. Pressure cook it for 15min. Garnish it with fresh corriander leaves and serve it hot with paratha or phulka
