Methi Aloo, Paneer & Hara Choliya Curry

Ingredients

  • Take tomatoes and onion in 2:1 ratio
  • few garlic pods
  • green chillies and grind them all in the grinder. In a cooker
  • add little oil ( used musturd oil here) and cook this paste till oil separates . Add salt
  • turmeric powder
  • corriander powder
  • red chilli powder
  • amchoor and little garam masala as per your taste. Add chopped fresh methi leaves and saute it for 2- 4 min. Then add some water depending upon the kind of consistency you want for your curry
  • paneer cubes
  • diced potatoes
  • and fresh green chickpeas. Pressure cook it for 15min. Garnish it with fresh corriander leaves and serve it hot with paratha or phulka
