Ingredients

  • banana
  • avocado
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • spinach
  • cucumber
  • berries
  • beetroot
  • strawberries and few pieces of chopped pineapple

Preparation

  1. Mixed banana, avocado, 2 kiwifruit, spinach, cucumber ? Mixed berries, beetroot, strawberries and few pieces of chopped pineapple ? 1tsp flaxseed powder, 1tsp almond powder, 1tsp matcha green tea ? Chiaseeds soaked in coconut water ? Base of this smoothie is coconutwater and probitic yogurt ? While mixing I also added some toasted organic granola to add more nutrition and flavour ?
