Morning Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats (gluten free
  • if needed)⠀ ◦ 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (large flakes)⠀ ◦ 2/3 cup almond flour⠀ ◦ 2/3 cup macadamia nuts
  • halved if large ⠀ ◦ 1/4 cup ground flax seed⠀ ◦ 1/4 cup coconut sugar⠀ ◦ 1/3 cup coconut oil⠀ ◦ 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (plus more
  • if needed)⠀ ◦ 2 tsp vanilla extract⠀ ◦ pinch salt (optional)⠀ ◦ 2/3 cup diced dried mango (preferably unsweetened)⠀ ◦ 2/3 cup diced dried pineapple (preferably unsweetened)⠀

Preparation

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 300F, and line your baking tray with parchment paper

  2. In a bowl, combine your oats, flour, nuts, flaxseed, coconut sugar and coconut oil, syrup, and vanilla altogether

  3. Mix well, and spread unto baking tray when ready

  4. Pop into the oven for 25-30 minutes, and mix in your dried fruit as well as any other fruit that you want to add
