Double Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp spelt flour (or any flour)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth, then add chocolate chips.

  2. Grease a mug or ramekin.

  3. Microwave for 70 seconds.

  4. Optionally top with cashew butter and additional chocolate chips.
