My First Jam

Ingredients

  • 2# berries
  • 2.5 c organic sugar
  • Nice of half lemon
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Boil everything together until bubbles are slow and large and it coats the back of a spoon

  2. Stir occasionally and skim off foam

  3. Cool in pan, transfer to airtight jars and refrigerate

  4. Or freeze if you prefer
